"I would highly recommend Josie for any physio you might require. I have a brain tumour which initially left me with left side paralysis. I gradually regained use of various areas of my left side however I felt I needed more, so luckily found Josie. Josie encouraged me to work hard but at my pace, working through various exercises on a weekly basis, which I then continued to work on during the week.
